Lights, camera, action! In this exciting, hands-on movie making class, middle schoolers will dive into the art of filmmaking.
Students will explore the various aspects of the movie-making process, including:
script writing,
acting,
filming, and
editing
They’ll also experiment with set design, costumes, and behind-the-scenes roles, learning to bring their creative ideas to life on screen.
Through collaborative projects and fun acting games, students will build teamwork and creative problem-solving skills, while gaining experience with acting, cameras, lighting, and editing software.
Roll out the red carpet! The class will conclude in a special movie screening for families, where students can proudly showcase their work.
This is a fantastic opportunity for middle schoolers to explore the world of film in a supportive and imaginative environment! No prior experience needed.
