Join a team of traveling inventors on an epic quest to reach Solaria, a lost land of peace and magic! Along the way, students will take on the role of imaginative engineers, using only recycled materials and creative thinking to solve hands-on design challenges inspired by enchanted lands and mythical creatures. From rescuing dragon eggs to building bridges over chasms, each week invites young inventors to imagine, design, build, test, and refine practical creations while unlocking the next chapter of their adventure.
What they’ll do:
Collaborate as a team of inventors on weekly problem-solving missions
Use recycled materials to build creative and functional inventions
Practice the design process: planning, building, testing, and improving
Present their inventions and share their ideas
Develop skills in collaboration, critical thinking, resilience, design thinking, and fine motor coordination
